At our esteemed tile factory, we craft bespoke porcelain tiles with customized dimensions, seamlessly adapting to diverse architectural and artistic applications, ensuring unparalleled elegance and functionality worldwide.

Our porcelain tile factory and export company specializes in custom patterns meticulously inspired by natural marble veins, ensuring each bespoke design delivers a truly unique and artistic experience.

Custom Design Process

Our ODM service crafts unparalleled client experiences through five exquisite steps of natural stone artistry and innovation.

First-Step: Inspire From Stone

The cornerstone of our ODM excellence begins with nature's finest inspiration. We dedicate extensive time at international stone markets, meticulously sourcing patterns that perfectly embody our signature anti-slip qualities. By thoughtfully comparing premium imported stones with superior local varieties, we select designs aligned with market trends and competitive strength, then present these exceptional treasures in our elegant showroom.

Second Step:  Cutting And Possibilities

In the second pivotal stage of our ODM journey, we expertly cut the selected monumental stone slabs into varied dimensions with artistic precision. For grand formats, we pursue faithful 1:1 replication and seamless vein continuation, capturing the stone's full natural character and tactile richness on porcelain tiles in their most complete form. For smaller sizes, we embrace multi-face composition and intricate detail amplification, magnifying nature's delicate nuances to inspire enhanced depth, texture, and boundless creative possibilities.

Third Step: Creativity

In the third pivotal stage of our ODM journey, we employ our state-of-the-art Phase One IQ4 150MP imaging system to meticulously scan the stone and capture its finest surface details. Each selected slab is securely mounted on a specialized rig and undergoes multiple high-precision scans with expert adjustments. Through this refined process, we faithfully reproduce the stone's complete natural essence — every rich texture, flowing vein, and delicate nuance — delivering an unparalleled digital representation of authentic beauty to our discerning clients.

Fourth Step:Sampling

In the fourth pivotal stage of our ODM journey, once the stone is transformed into a precise production file, our design team convenes for a dedicated creative meeting. We carefully deliberate which natural elements to retain or artistically enhance to best showcase the product, while developing several sophisticated complementary color schemes. This refined file is then forwarded to our factory for sampling and meticulous adjustments, where every detail is perfected to achieve the perfect harmony of natural authenticity and artistic excellence.

Last Step: Unquie Product

In the fifth pivotal stage of our ODM journey, upon completion of sampling, we carefully position the newly crafted porcelain tiles alongside their original natural stone. This intimate side-by-side evaluation confirms every nuance achieves our highest expectations while revealing fresh possibilities for continued innovation and refinement. Through repeated, in-depth research and artistic exploration of a single stone's infinite potential, we discover and develop extraordinary new expressions. The outcome is a truly bespoke porcelain creation that offers each client an exclusive, one-of-a-kind aesthetic experience of unparalleled beauty and authenticity.

FAQ

1. Can I dry-cut tile?

Cutting tiles can generate silica dust, which can be hazardous if inhaled. Dry cutting produces the highest levels of silica dust and is not recommended. Wet cutting methods are preferred. Additionally, use adequate ventilation to maintain dust exposure below the recommended exposure levels and avoid inhaling any dust generated from cutting tile.

The use of a properly fitted NIOSH-approved particulate respirator is recommended when cutting tiles for installation or during the removal of installed tiles. Wear dust-proof goggles or safety glasses with side shields. Contact lenses may absorb irritants and should not be worn in work areas.

Cotton or leather work gloves should be worn when cutting this product to minimize skin exposure to dust and cuts. Wash your hands before eating, drinking, or smoking, and at the end of the work shift after completing cutting operations.

2. Is it easy to replace the broken tile?

Replacing a broken tile is rather simple. It is very important to wear protective gear, especially goggles.

First, remove the grout around the broken tile. Second, carefully remove the broken tile using a hammer and chisel. Third, remove the hard mortar or adhesive that was underneath the tile. You are now ready to replace it with a tile from your attic stock and re-grout.

3. When Should I Reseal My Grout?

Perform a simple water test to check the condition of your sealant. Apply a few drops of water onto the grout. If the droplets bead up on the surface, the sealant is still effective. If the water is absorbed by the grout, it's time to reseal.
